Pea and Mint Soup served with Crispy Pancetta and Fresh Herb and Feta Toasts, Pineapple Carpaccio with Passion Fruit, Chilli and Mint Syrup and Coconut and Lime Ice-Cream or Fragrant Chicken Kebabs with Saffron, Cardamon and Rosewater Rice. Chef Thuy Pham, April Jackson, Sam Holland, Paul A Young & Aldo Zilli are out and about meeting some fantastic producers and creating some wonderful dishes.
